Ferrari 512 Testarossa – Bespoke PPF Installation
We had the privilege of working on a true automotive legend, the Ferrari 512 Testarossa. This iconic sports car, known for its sleek lines and raw power, deserved nothing less than the absolute best in protection and care. The customer had decided on a full PPF installation, and we couldn’t agree more.
To begin, we gave this beauty a comprehensive decontamination wash that left no detail untouched. With wheels off and the engine bay receiving a deep cleanse, we ensured that every inch of the Testarossa was ready for its transformation.
Unlike most vehicles, the Testarossa had no existing PPF templates available. That’s where Suntek, our trusted PPF manufacturer, stepped in. They visited our studio to scan and create a custom template exclusively for this Ferrari. We were then able to take this template directly, and cut our templates straight away.
As with every one of our PPF installations, we take time to ensure the template fits perfectly. Even though it was scanned directly for this vehicle, we still made sure to check this stage thoroughly. We always aim to ensure the best fit possible. We left no room for compromise, ensuring that every possible edge was wrapped and even custom bulking certain panels to guarantee a flawless fit. We used SunTek Reaction Self-Healing Hydrophobic PPF for this install.
The result? A Ferrari 512 Testarossa that not only retains its timeless beauty but also enjoys the ultimate protection against the elements, scratches, and road debris.
